Hi everyone! I hope you’re all well and happy.
I’ve recently arrived home, and trying to catch up with everything online. I do still love being a one woman team but at times (especially while on the road) it is impossible to keep on top of.
I started my last trip away with REVOLVE and my first ever experience at Coachella. I flew in to LA, and before we headed out to Palm Springs they threw a few parties and launches at their amazing new showroom space on Melrose. GRLFRND Denim was launched- and I picked up two of my favourite pieces ever thanks to them being customised with embroidery on the spot- a denim jacket labelled with my nickname “Supertramp”, and some “Pyscho Killer” denim shorts.
I usually prefer intimate gigs than festivals as I’m not comfortable with large crowds, but seeing that one of my all time favourite bands LCD Soundsystem were playing and I’d be surrounded by the REVOLVE family, I had to go. The weekend was an absolute whirlwind, but my favourite moments were simply chilling poolside at the incredible house with a beer and the guys, running through the desert, dancing for hours to Rufus Du Sol and Flume, and sitting on the grass in a circle with everyone; eating pizza from each hand while listening to Disclosure.
