Melbourne was a whirlwind two days of exploring alleyways and eating my way through jet lag. Luckily for me, Melbourne has some of the best food and coffee in the world. If you only have two days in Melbourne’s CBD I suggest first and foremost to grab a coffee from Duke’s and get lost among the lane ways, eg. graffiti covered Hosier Lane and Little Collins. For the best perspective visit Eureka Skydeck or the Melbourne Star for views over the city. If you can’t get a seat on Degraves Street or in Centre Place for poached eggs then walk up to Fitzroy to find my favourite area of Melbourne.

I’m lucky enough to have some good friends that live in Melbourne and have always loved visiting as often as I could. Every time I visit I have a completely different experience and the realisation that I could happily live here one day sinks in a little more.
